With 10+ years experience as a Licensed Esthetician and Brow Artist, I’m happy to provide you with a level of artistry that supports your very personal brow journey and exceeds your expectations! 🌱☁️🪩🌸✨ Our policy states: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Brows by Leah requires at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 100% charge of the total service(s) booked. No exceptions. To avoid any miscommunication; Each client is made aware of these policies at the time of each online booking and confirmation text. Services are only able to be booked when you check off: “☑️ I acknowledge & accept the Cancellations Policy, 24hr advance notice & a 100% cancellation fee.” Thank you for letting me know that we’re on the same page when it comes to late notice cancellations/reschedules so I can keep things running smoothly! 🌿 How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment OUTSIDE the 24 hour window? —With each booked appointment, you will receive a text/ email from GlossGenius including a link. When you click the link you will be given the option to self cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. 🌿 How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment INSIDE the 24 hour window? —Because of our cancellation policy (stated above), online self cancellation will not work once inside the 24 hour window. When something comes up less than 24 hours before your appointment, all clients can text me personally at: 774-364-5657 to let me know you need to cancel or reschedule, and to proceed with the cancellation policy. 🌿 Are there any other ways to cancel or reschedule my appointment, such as sending an email or social media? —No. Please remember I am just one person! Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice are still subject to the full service fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, please text 774-364-5657 with your first and last name and a brief note stating whether you need to cancel or reschedule.
