—— Cancellation Policy: Brows by Leah requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a fee. All cancellations or rescheduled appointments under 24 hours will be charged a 100% fee to the card saved on your file. —— Late Policy: After 8 minutes late, you have missed your appointment and the Cancellation Policy is applied. If you are running late please send me a text. I will do my best to accommodate you. Dear clients, When you book an appointment, that spot is reserved only for you and is taken off the market. Cancellation Policies are an essential component to businesses like this and are very common practice to keep us running smoothly.
